By signing this agreement form, you consent to the extension of your ongoing collaboration with Alchemy Salon to the Influencer Discount Agreement.
By signing this agreement form you vow to credit, tag, and mention Alchemy Salon and your stylist in any social media posts, interviews, or publications (written or multimedia materials) that are in relation to your current or previous hair transformations at Alchemy Salon. In doing so, you (the influencer) will receive a 40% off discount for ongoing services & products with Alchemy Salon.
You also reserve the right to withdraw your permission and agree to do so by emailing Alchemy's Social Media Manager Gracey: (Email: gracey.alchemy@gmail.com).
For the promotion of Alchemy Salon, we require the influencer to credit, tag or mention Alchemy Salon and their stylist in any social media posts, interviews, or publications (written or multimedia materials) that are in relation to their current or previous hair transformations with Alchemy Salon in return they receive a 40% discount on all services and products with Alchemy Salon
as part of the Influencer Discount Agreement.
a) Examples of acknowlements include: tagging, mentioning & crediting Alchemy Salon and the influencer's stylist in any written or multimedia materials including; their own social media platforms, external social media platforms, written or multimedia interviews and publications that distribute information or multimedia regarding the influencer's current or previous hair looks & transformations created by Alchemy Salon.
c) When the influencer collaborates with any external orginisations or publications we encourage the influencer to reach out to Alchemy Salon Owner Becc Snow or their Social Media Manager Gracey prior to the content being published (if possible) to notify us about the information being distributed, the publication's name & when it will be published.
d) If the influencer fails to acknowedge, credit or mention Alchemy Salon in any external social media posts or multmedia publications the agreement will unfortunately be broken & the discount will be discontinued.
e) Influencer is encouraged to post whenever they visit Alchemy Salon for a hair transformation - this can be in any format the influencer decides, such as an instagram story, tiktok/tiktok story, reel or instagram post.
f) The influencer must not publish or mention any content which has an effect on the business (Alchemy Salon) or their stylist. If the Influencer has any concerns they need to express them by contacting Alchemy Salon Owner Becc Snow directly & privately.
